Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Janitorial Service Supervisor located in St Louis, MO. The Janitorial Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, managing inventory and supplies, and communicating with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Training, and Communication
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in janitorial services or facility management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services (evening/night shift preferred)
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety procedures
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with both staff and clients
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for most of the shift
• Capable of lifting 30–40 lbs when needed
• Comfortable working in various building environments and conditions
