Overview:

Join a cybersecurity risk team focused on improving the organization's overall security posture by identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and code-level risks. This role sits within a team that manages stakeholder relationships and reporting, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and strategic risk communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop engaging and intuitive dashboards and reports to highlight key cybersecurity risks, metrics, and trends
  • Translate feedback from stakeholders into actionable reporting solutions, tailored for both strategic and operational use
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of reporting solutions, including design, development, user testing, and rollout
  • Ensure the accuracy and clarity of data presented in reports; conduct testing and validation in collaboration with technical teams
  • Support adoption by creating training materials and leading stakeholder communications during rollout
  • Help define performance indicators, targets, and benchmarks based on existing risk data and organizational goals
  • Maintain and manage a clear project pipeline for dashboard development, ensuring progress is tracked and shared regularly

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards within an IT security or cybersecurity setting
  • Hands-on knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, or Kibana)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and measurement frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn technical data into clear, actionable visuals
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English, with excellent collaboration and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area
  • Certifications in security (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CEH) or data visualization
  • Experience in a SOC or working closely with incident response teams
