Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will manage and process workers' compensation claims, ensuring fair and accurate evaluations and resolutions. Your bilingual skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and manage workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct interviews with claimants, employers, and witnesses in both English and Spanish.
  • Review medical reports, accident reports, and other relevant documentation to assess claims.
  • Determine appropriate settlements and authorize payments within established guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, medical providers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activities and decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to claimants and stakeholders throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation claims adjusting or a similar role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., AIC, WCCA) are a plus.
