Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Manager at Globe Life | American Income, you will play a dual role. You will be responsible for driving your own personal sales production while also stepping into a traditional sales management position. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership and sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Sales Production: Drive and manage your own sales pipeline by meeting with veterans, union members, and their families to offer customized life insurance solutions.
• Sales Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales agents. Help build and develop the team’s skills, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Training & Development: Take part in the comprehensive training program to learn about the life insurance industry, specifically in the veteran and union sectors.
• Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
