About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our growing team and oversee logistics operations, including distribution, manufacturing, and transportation. In this role, you will ensure the efficient production and distribution of our products while driving operational efficiency and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be responsible for meeting productivity targets and ensuring that all warehouse processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations.

You will

  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, distribution, manufacturing, and facility processes
  • Ensure operational efficiency, meeting quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial goals
  • Direct distribution and manufacturing operations to achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness objectives while optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization
  • Maintain compliance with warehousing, handling, shipping regulations, and enforce health, safety, hygiene, and security standards, including OSHA and GMP requirements
  • Hire, train, coach, and mentor warehouse personnel; conduct performance reviews and provide continuous guidance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution and manufacturing processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency
  • Establish policies and procedures for logistics activities and ensure adherence
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement. Generate reports and statistics to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team, managing inbound requests from Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment, prioritizing tasks to meet shipping deadlines
  • Scale warehouse operations to meet growing demand while maintaining efficiency and quality standards
  • Work with the Director of Operations to manage warehouse staffing, adapting to projected and unexpected volume fluctuations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee stock control, and reconcile inventory with software systems
  • Negotiate transportation rates and services with freight providers and external storage facilities. Assess and recommend optimal shipping methods, routes, and carriers to balance business needs and costs
  • Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments efficiently

You have

  • 5+ years of management experience in logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
  • 5+ years of experience in an e-commerce fulfillment warehouse
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and distribution KPIs
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and experience with logistics and inventory management software
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to implement process improvements and operational initiatives
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus
  • Knowledge of quality assurance (QA/QC) in manufacturing is a plus

Work environment

  • This role is required to be onsite at our Passaic, NJ warehouse 5 days a week
  • Employees will be required to wear appropriate safety gear

Physical demands

  • Employees will be occasionally required to stand (for extended periods) while performing job duties
  • Employees can move or lift objects up to 50 lbs
