Job Description

Our client, a high-end interiors brand is searching to hire a full-time Warehouse Manager to join their team!

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: luxury goods, furniture, home décor, or textile industries or CPG Brand

Work Environment:

This role is based in a warehouse setting that supports the handling, storage, and shipment of premium home goods. It combines physical inventory management with administrative tasks such as logistics coordination and team supervision. This is a unique opportunity for someone ready to bring structure and refinement to a fast-growing, evolving operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Communication

  • Lead daily warehouse operations with a hands-on, example-driven management style.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure effective and professional communication across teams and departments.

Operations & Organization

  • Oversee receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping processes with attention to detail and care.
  • Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Manage white-glove and freight shipping logistics, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Quickly resolve operational or shipping-related issues.

Inventory Management & Data

  • Utilize inventory management software (WMS/ERP) to maintain real-time accuracy.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Generate and review KPI reports to assess performance, highlight issues, and propose solutions.

Performance & Accountability

  • Take ownership of operational performance metrics, including fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and delivery quality.
  • Operate in a goal-driven environment with performance linked to measurable KPIs.
  • Participate in a performance bonus program based on the achievement of key targets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably within the luxury goods, home décor, or textile industries.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipping tools, and operational analytics.
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing white-glove logistics is a plus.

Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and actively working in a warehouse setting.

Salary: up to $90,000/annually
