Job Description

At Covideo, we empower businesses with the power of personalized video communication. We’re looking for a Remote Training Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for approximately 10 hours per week . In this role, you’ll play a key part in equipping our clients and team members with the knowledge and confidence to use Covideo effectively. You’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing virtual training programs that drive product adoption and long-term success. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys leading engaging, interactive learning sessions, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver remote training sessions via Zoom, Teams, or other platforms.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify skill gaps and align training solutions.
  • Maintain and update training content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Onboard new employees or customers with tailored virtual training programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to learners after training sessions.
  • Monitor and report on training engagement, outcomes, and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering engaging virtual training sessions (1–3 years minimum preferred).
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to measure training effectiveness and adjust content as needed.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation — able to work independently.
  • Prior experience with training on SaaS or tech platforms.
