Survey Project Manager
Overview:
My client are seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead land survey projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. This role acts as the primary client liaison, manages resources, and supports business development and staff growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee land survey projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement processes to enhance project efficiency.
Prepare and manage project proposals, budgets, schedules, contracts, and billings.
Sign and seal plats, field notes, and control drawings, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Allocate resources and establish work plans for multiple projects.
Foster and maintain client relationships, representing the company in meetings.
Present project updates and technical reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with sub-consultants and business partners.
Monitor financial status, including accounts receivable and billing cycles.
Participate in industry events to expand business opportunities.
Mentor and train staff to support professional growth.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant industry experience, including project management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience managing large-scale projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Geopack, and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
Professional License required.
