Responsibilities to include answering phones/writing up work orders and dispatching the call to the correct technician. Date entry into QuickBooks and assisting the owner with varies task.
Qualifications: Must be able to multi task, listen and preform task independently. Quick learner prior dispatch/routing skills a must. Prior QuickBooks experience is not a requirement but would be great!
