Senior Project Manager - Landscape Architect

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite with flexible hours, 4.5-day workweek)

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Landscape Architect to join a growing team in Phoenix. This role focuses on managing and executing high-density, mixed-use residential, senior living, multifamily, and church landscape architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architectural project teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Create irrigation designs and construction documents tailored to the Southwest region.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture project management.
• Expertise in irrigation design and construction documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
• Registered Landscape Architect.
• Strong understanding of Southwest plant materials, construction details, and specifications.
• Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule

• Four 9-hour workdays and a half-day on Fridays.
• One potential remote day per week (not Monday or Friday, must be consistent weekly).
