This is a full-time role for a Scheduler, located on-site in Tulsa, OK. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointments and schedules, coordinating service requests, and processing customer inquiries. Daily tasks include communicating with customers to confirm or reschedule services, ensuring technician availability, and maintaining accurate records of service schedules. Collaboration with other departments to optimize scheduling efficiency will also be a key part of the role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with scheduling software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in pest control or lawn care services is a plus
