This mission-driven nonprofit is seeking assistance in managing and coordinating project logistics for an exciting business development opportunity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing complex projects, juggling multiple priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination between key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact, managing timelines, deliverables, and key communications for a high-priority project.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, and documents for senior executives in advance of meetings.
• Coordinate meetings, compile materials, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are executed efficiently.
• Draft, review, and edit various documents including reports, presentations, emails, and memos.
• Stay up-to-date with all relevant information, effectively communicating information and any changes in a timely manner.
• Perform research on specified topics related to special projects, or upcoming meetings as requested.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced. You have at least five (5) years of related experience. Experience in fundraising, and special events is a plus.
• Outgoing. You pride yourself on your ability to establish and foster relationships with everyone you interact with.
• Prioritizing superstar. You are excellent at time management and can make decisive decisions when called upon.
• Excellent communicator. You have exceptional written and verbal skills, and deliver important information in a clear, professional manner.
• Versatile. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can quickly adjust to shifting priorities
