📝 Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, initiate, and lead complex healthcare-related enterprise projects.
  2. Develop project scope, schedule, budgets, and obtain executive signoff.
  3. Assign responsibilities across project teams and manage timelines.
  4. Oversee execution, ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.
  5. Track deliverables and create communication/test/requirements plans.
  6. Report regularly to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  7. Conduct lessons learned sessions and final project closing documentation.
  8. Facilitate strategic decision-making, remove project roadblocks.
  9. Manage cross-functional project activities and team collaboration.
