What youll do in your role:

  • Assist in all phases of pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, steelwork, concrete, tiling, decking, and equipment installation.
  • Perform general labor tasks, such as digging, leveling, and material handling.
  • Ensure project installations comply with specifications and quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines on job sites.
  • Identify and address minor construction challenges in real-time.
  • Transport materials, tools, and supplies to job sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including before/after photographs and chemical readings.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
  • Promote and adhere to safety procedures.

What youll need to be successful:

  • Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or pool installation is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, concrete work, and general construction practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
