We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in IT staffing and augmentation.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement, HR) at target companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful placement of IT professionals.
  • Negotiate and close staffing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and workforce demands to align business development efforts.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, industry trends, and recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing enterprise-level client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (or remotely for exceptional candidates).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing client relationships within the IT industry.
  • Experience working with MSPs/VMS programs.
  • Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing models.
