Chaminade High School seeks a full-time Mandarin Chinese Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
About Chaminade High School:
Chaminade High School has been a pillar of the Long Island community since its establishment in 1930. Owned and operated by the Society of Mary, the Marianists, the school honors its namesake, Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, who founded the order while evangelizing in post-revolutionary France.
Our 1,700 young men engage in a rigorous liberal arts curriculum within a Christian community dedicated to the education of the heart. The program includes four years of English, Mathematics, Religion, Science, Social Studies, and Physical Education; three years of World Language and Fine Arts; and one year of Health. Chaminade graduates are exceptionally well-prepared for the most demanding college programs, with 100% of graduates advancing to higher education institutions, including colleges, universities, prep schools, and service academies.
Over 90% of our students participate in one or more school activities, and more than half are involved in interscholastic athletics.
