Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Houston, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their energy needs, and providing customized energy solutions. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Salesforce CRM experience
• Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of the energy industry and energy efficiency solutions
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus
• Proven track record in sales or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ideally but not required Knowledge of the energy industry and energy efficiency practices
• Self-motivated and driven
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Able to present themselves as a Clean and corporate image
• Ideally but not required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Compensation

• Annual base salary of $39,000.
• Paid bi-weekly.
• In addition to base salary; commission and bonuses based on sales.
