Location: Redmond, WA / Salem, OR

Job Overview:

The Inbuilding Construction Manager is responsible for managing all Civil Works, financial control, and quality assurance on assigned projects. This includes ensuring adherence to company standards, Federal and Local regulations, and driving continuous improvements throughout the construction process. You will manage service providers, oversee project schedules, and ensure safety and quality across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Civil Works, schedule, and financial control for assigned projects.
• Ensure only approved materials are used, and that Civil Works guidelines and schedules are followed.
• Supervise site safety, conduct inspections, and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Resolve Civil Works issues and ensure all site activities align with project goals.
• Verify compliance with all technical specifications, safety standards, and construction procedures.
• Lead and coordinate teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and on-time project completion.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to project management.
• Assist with site inspections, post-construction audits, and material deliveries.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil construction management, with experience on projects of 200+ sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive project results independently.
