Job Description

Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

Location: White, GA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (must be flexible)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in onboarding, employee data management, and overall HR administrative support. The ideal candidate is computer literate, professional in demeanor, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create ADP profiles for new agency employees during weekly onboarding sessions

· Administer changes in ADP such as shift changes, position updates, and other employee data adjustments

· Assist HR Generalists during monthly hiring events by processing job offer letters (JOLs), background checks, and employment applications

· Perform general administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and records management

· Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality with all employee information

· Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external candidates

Qualifications:

· Previous experience using HR systems (ADP experience preferred)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Professional appearance and communication style

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities

· Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus
