What your future day will look like:

• Assist clients with new employee onboarding processes
• Process payroll for several businesses
• Create, update, and maintain employee profiles in payroll software
• Interact with clients to maintain updated payroll information (taxes, garnishments, employee deductions, etc.)
• Reconcile payrolls
• Research and resolve any payroll issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure payroll efficiency and accuracy

Type: Direct hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associate degree in accounting or other business-related field
• 2+ years of multi-state, multi-company payroll processing
• Experience with UKG preferred
• Strong background in customer service
• Ability to work in a team and independent environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
