As we expand, we need a Hotel Startup Professional with expertise in hospitality, party planning, and experience curation to help systemize, brand, and scale our concept into a franchise.

We’re looking for a visionary hospitality entrepreneur who can take our business model from concept to scalable reality. This role requires a unique mix of hotel operations, event planning, and high-end travel coordination to create unforgettable, seamless group experiences. You’ll work directly with ownership to refine operations, develop a strong brand, and implement systems that will transform Whole-Tel into the ultimate all-inclusive group getaway.

🔹 Business Development & Strategy

• Develop and refine the Whole-Tel model for scalability and franchise expansion .
• Create SOPs for property operations, guest experience, and event coordination .
• Identify key markets and assist in property acquisitions and partnerships .

🔹 Turnkey Experience & Party Planning

• Design and manage all-inclusive, pre-paid vacation packages , including:
• Bottle service & nightlife access
• Private excursions (yacht parties, VIP events, adventure tours)
• Chef-catered meals & exclusive dining experiences
• Build relationships with local vendors, venues, and entertainment providers to offer VIP experiences.
• Develop a seamless guest experience where everything is handled before arrival .

🔹 Operations & Systemization

• Implement tech-driven solutions for automated bookings, payments, and concierge services .
• Streamline guest check-in/check-out, housekeeping, and on-site service teams.
• Work with legal experts to ensure compliance with licensing, contracts, and franchise structure .

🔹 Branding & Marketing

• Establish a high-end, exclusive brand identity that blends luxury travel with party experiences .
• Develop digital marketing strategies to attract fraternities, corporate retreats, wedding groups, and high-end travelers .
• Partner with influencers, travel agencies, and event planners to drive bookings.

✅ A hospitality entrepreneur – You’ve built, launched, or expanded a hotel, Airbnb business, or vacation rental brand.

✅ A party planner & event curator – You know how to put together VIP travel experiences, nightlife packages, and all-inclusive group trips.

✅ A systems thinker – You can turn a concept into a repeatable, scalable business model .

✅ A travel & hospitality enthusiast – You understand what makes a luxury vacation seamless and unforgettable.

• 5+ years in hospitality startups, hotel management, or experience-driven travel planning .
• Background in party planning, luxury concierge services, or VIP event coordination .
• Experience with short-term rentals, boutique hotels, or franchise development .
• Knowledge of property acquisition, contracts, and operational tech (PMS, CRM, automation tools).
• Ability to travel to properties as needed and oversee expansion efforts.
