Hotel Front Desk Agent

Hampton Inn and Suites Mary Esther Fort Walton Beach

Mary Esther, Florida – 301 East Hollywood Boulevard

Primary Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM

Availability: Must be available for all shifts, occasional overnights (11 PM to 7 AM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Follow Hilton brand standards and service guidelines
  • Promote Hilton Honors membership
  • Respond to guest inquiries and special requests
  • Process payments and balance the cash drawer
  • Complete shift reports and audits
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean and welcoming
  • Make fresh coffee for guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous front desk experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and overnight shifts
