Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter – Travel Nurses & Allied Workforce

Position Overview:

Pacer is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to source and place top travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will actively engage with candidates, build a robust talent pipeline, and collaborate closely with healthcare hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process that meets the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
  • Proactively source, screen, and recruit qualified travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of current and future staffing needs.
  • Candidate Engagement & Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for each role.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process and provide a positive, supportive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with healthcare hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and staffing challenges.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored specifically for travel nurses and allied health roles.
  • Process Management:
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment progress, and ensure timely communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and market trends.
  • Industry Awareness:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, licensure requirements, and market conditions within the healthcare sector.
  • Represent Pacer as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, ensuring alignment with our high standards of service and quality.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically in sourcing travel nurses and allied health professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory and licensure requirements.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
