Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the team to develop and execute public relations strategies that amplify the reach of nonprofit campaigns and events, driving public interest and engagement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at community events, ensuring effective communication with the public and supporting seamless event execution.
  • Create a positive and engaging environment by interacting with attendees, answering questions, and promoting the mission and impact of active campaigns.
  • Deliver clear, compelling information about nonprofit initiatives to inspire involvement and increase participation in fundraising and outreach efforts.
  • Collect stories, feedback, and testimonials from event participants to support future promotional efforts and strengthen client and donor relationships.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Genuine passion for marketing and public relations, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, event coordination, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
