Summary

HBR TEAM at Home Buyer's Realty is hiring a 100% remote entry-level work-from-home junior or associate licensed real estate agent to call people who know us to invite them to events (and schedule phone consultations) while running various errands around the city (showings, lock boxes, signs, etc.). You’ll work as an understudy for an experienced real estate professional, effectively teeing up senior / partner-level buying and selling conversations for them on the phone. No cold calls. No rejection. You will only call people who we’ve done business with, attended webinars, or have engaged with our educational content online. You must have a real estate license, or be close to getting one, due to state licensing requirements and the need to show property listed on the MLS for sale. This is a paid, entry-level W2 hourly position as you build your skills to represent your own clients. A company car is provided, or you’ll be reimbursed at IRS mileage rates of $0.70 cents per mile for your errand work. All training provided. No experience is necessary. Flexible hours. Work from home. 30-40 hours a week. A promotion path is available to work with your own clients at higher pay and commission, with scholarship options to get your real estate license if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Call 50 warm contacts a day to invite people to our next event/webinar
• Call 50 warm contacts a day to offer a home-selling strategy call with a senior partner
• Takes CRM notes on all the phone calls to learn the discussions
• Hold 2-3 hour open houses around the city on weekends for our listings
• Show homes to prospective buyers on nights and weekends
• Meeting contractors and maintenance people at the properties to let them in
• Install lock boxes and for sale signs at various properties
• Show properties we have for rent to prospective tenants

Qualifications

• Ability to work any 20 hours a week to make appointment-setting phone calls
• Live in the (city) area in order to run various errands locally
• Must live available 10 hours a week on nights and weekends from time to time to meet buyers and sellers
• Your own computer and internet connection to work from home
• A California real estate license (or open to getting one; we will lend you the money to get it)
• Open to switch brokerages if necessary to stay within the rules if we hire you
• Be open to completing a background check upon conditional hire
• Speak languages other than English (preferred)
