As our company scales, we’re seeking dynamic High Access Leader for our operations throughout the country.

 

Overview

The Director of High Access oversees daily operations of the High Access department, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and efficient team performance. This role blends hands‑on field leadership with operational planning, safety oversight, regulatory compliance, and team development. This person will be key in working behind the scenes to establish us in new and existing territories allowing us to expand our business offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Manage day‑to‑day High Access operations across commercial and residential accounts.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign work to window cleaning crews.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine job requirements, equipment needs, and safety considerations.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards.

Regulatory & Business Compliance

  • Oversee and coordinate the registration of the company to do business in required cities, states, and counties.
  • Maintain awareness of local licensing, permitting, and compliance requirements for window cleaning and rope‑access operations.
  • Ensure all business registrations, renewals, and filings are completed accurately and on time.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise window cleaning technicians.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels to meet workload demands.
  • Foster a positive, safety‑driven team culture.

Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Conduct walkthroughs, prepare estimates, and respond to service inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to support retention and growth.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce all safety protocols, including ladder safety, rope access procedures, and chemical handling.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of fall‑protection and rope‑access equipment.

Administrative & Financial Duties

  • Track labor hours, materials, and job costs to maintain profitability.
  • Approve timesheets, manage schedules, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in window cleaning, rope access, or related field service operations.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) Level I or higher and/or IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of window cleaning techniques, rope access systems, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation and benefits :

  • Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 based on experience
