Financial Investment client in Los Angeles is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to work onsite
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 9am-6pm

Job Title: Receptionist
Pay: $50k - $60k + benefits (M/D/V, 401k, PTO, daily lunch provided)
Duration: Direct/Permanent Hire
Description: Responsible for front office and reception duties.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests
* Answering phones and routing correctly
* Front Office management - inventory management of office supplies, snack room, working with cleaning and building security staff
* Maintain accurate records and office files
* Managing the conference room calendar and conference room set up
* Office event coordinating
*Bachelors Degree is required
