Curative AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Analyst to join our rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end development of data products, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance, to address complex business challenges
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
  • Design and implement efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Leverage advanced data modeling techniques to create insightful and accurate data models
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the BI and data science fields
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and tool

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Currently able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau experience a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business problems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for data and a keen eye for detail
  • Health care experience highly desired
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
