We are a Global software company building industry-leading, secure software platforms for the investment management industry.
We are scaling our Back-end Engineering team, and we're looking for talented Software Engineers with at least 3 years of professional experience using Python, microservices, REST APIs, and AWS.
Responsibilities:
Build, support, and enhance our backend systems that support our flagship software platform.
Build out and maintain Python-based microservices
Build out and maintain APIs
Actively participate in stand-up meetings and peer code reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline.
2+ years of development experience with Python (plus Flask or Fast API).
2+ years working with relational databases (ex. MongoDB).
Exposure to Scala, Node, and/or Ruby is preferred.
Experience with Pandas or NumPy is preferred.
Fintech work experience is preferred.
Linux/Unix experience as well as using AWS is preferred.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Collaborative approach to software development.
