Assist and collaborate with cross-functional teams during financial/operational system migrations or software implementations to ensure accurate setup, data integrity, and process alignment.
Oversee compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations, including income tax reporting and sales/use tax filings; coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely preparation and submission of returns, and support tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
Support financial and operational alignment across departments such as product development, manufacturing, operations and commercial teams.
Implement and improve financial systems, reporting tools, and automation where applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Deep understanding of US GAAP accounting standards and practical experience across a wide range of accounting functions.
Proven ability to manage full-cycle financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling, variance analysis, and data visualization.
Experience preparing materials for board meetings, investors, and financial institutions.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Progen, SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
