We are seeking a proactive, sharp, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a CEO with multiple business ventures. This individual is a public figure and serial entrepreneur, so experience supporting someone in a similar position is ideal. The EA will work closely with both executive and personal support teams and serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person work at the CEO’s Santa Barbara home office. Candidates based in Ventura County or North Los Angeles who are open to light commuting when the CEO is in town are encouraged to apply.
