Job Summary:

Requires experience with inventory management in correlation with a parts warehouse including shipping and receiving. Mandatory experience required with effectively lead a team of professionals to accomplish everything that encompasses these activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in managing a departmental team to provide a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Organize and monitor inventory levels in the parts warehouse.
• Package and prepare products for customer shipment.
• Package and stage products for production.
• Receive products and parts in coordination with customers and the purchasing team.
• Deliver products and parts to internal customers within the manufacturing facility.
• Prepare and ship final assembly products to customers. 
• Enthusiastically build a positive culture to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work goals.
• Be part of a team of professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are highly required.
• Excellent organizational and coordinating abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team or even as a leader of a team.
• Must possess good leadership skills.
• Must be someone that is able to multitask and carry out his/her duties based on priorities.
• Proven previous experience in the role of a leader.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.
