About the Role:

Ascendion is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory management and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting audits, and ensuring efficient material handling. The Inventory Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, support process improvements, and maintain inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain stock integrity.
• Support engineering and quality teams in managing material life cycles.
• Investigate and implement solutions for systematic inventory issues.
• Work closely with receiving, outbound coordinators, planners, and procurement teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and warehouse organization standards.
• Adjust inventory records to support finance and reporting requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in an inventory, warehouse, or logistics role.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.
• Ability to work required shift hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA Safety Certification (if applicable).
• Forklift Operation Certification (if applicable).
• Basic Lean Manufacturing Training (if applicable).

Schedule: Fully Onsite- 4 days/week (10-hour shift)

Location: Redmond, WA, or Kirkland, WA

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
