Kore4 is hiring for a Test Operator!

Position Summary

• Conducts electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical tests on systems, subassemblies, and parts.
• Ensures units function according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedules, work orders, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform functional testing under various environmental conditions (temperature, vibration, pressure, humidity).
• Use test equipment (signal generator, oscilloscope, voltmeter, etc.).
• Record and compare test results against specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve issues.
• Report faulty test equipment.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications/Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of electronics preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and quality control skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• Must be a U.S. person (per ITAR regulations).

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with possible exposure to hazardous materials.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Security clearance may be required for access to classified areas.

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
• Overtime and weekend work as needed

Location Requirements

• Must commute or relocate to Tempe, AZ 85284 before starting
