Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support our wealth advisory division. This position will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier candidates to join our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic recruiting plans to attract high-caliber wealth advisors and Tech positions.
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates within the wealth advisory industry.
  • Initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial services and technical recruitment.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, within the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • understanding of wealth advisory roles, responsibilities, and industry trends.
  • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
  • Travel requirements - up to 30% of the time.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
