Ameritex Machine and Fabrication is a high mix, quick turn, and ISO 9001 2015 certified sheet metal and structural fabrication facility that uses a variety of equipment such as CNC Fiber Lasers, CNC punch presses, CNC press brakes, and tube lasers to support multiple assembly lines. As a rapid parts manufacturer, our company serves customers in energy, power generation, oil and gas, automotive, electric vehicle, and aerospace. We operate out of a state of the art 100,000 sqft facility in Conroe, Texas.

The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead all aspects of recruiting and hiring, from workforce planning and sourcing strategies to candidate experience and onboarding. We need someone who is not just organized and strategic, but who understands the importance of speed — talent waits for no one. You’ll partner closely with leadership to anticipate hiring needs, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure we fill critical roles quickly with top-tier talent who fit our high-performance culture.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process — from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.

• Develop and execute aggressive hiring strategies to support rapid growth, including proactive talent pooling and creative sourcing techniques.

• Establish and enforce a sense of urgency in the hiring process across all departments, ensuring hiring managers understand the critical nature of speed-to-hire in a competitive labor market.

• Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate future staffing needs and build talent pipelines accordingly.

• Leverage data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, track time-to-fill, and continuously improve the hiring process.

• Build and champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and brand.

• Lead employer branding initiatives to position Ameritex as an employer of choice in manufacturing and fabrication.

• Drive process improvements to streamline and standardize recruitment across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments.

• Proven ability to source, screen, and close high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience creating and managing recruiting processes, from workforce planning to onboarding.

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills — able to align stakeholders and drive decisions quickly.

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering top talent on time, every time.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology.

• Ability to adapt and pivot quickly when priorities shift — because they will.
