Space Planning Project Manager (Hybrid – 6-Month Contract)

Overview:

Seeking a Space Planning Project Manager to oversee and optimize space allocation for training and command center operations during the Epic EHR system implementation . This role ensures efficient space utilization, compliance, and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Space Planning & Management: Assess requirements, update allocation plans, and optimize space for training and command center needs.
  • Space Buildout & Operations: Coordinate with teams to design, implement, and maintain functional workspaces, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and accessibility standards in collaboration with facilities teams.
  • Budget Oversight: Work with leadership to budget for space-related expenses, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate space-related plans with project teams and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of space allocations, layouts, and budgets while providing regular status updates.

This hybrid role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
