As we continue to grow, we're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our field team as Solar Installation Technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in the solar industry. No prior solar experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the installation of residential solar panels and related equipment

• Work alongside experienced technicians to complete projects safely and efficiently

• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials at job sites

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

• Travel to residential job sites throughout Central Texas

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

• No prior solar or electrical experience required

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule & Pay

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
