Role Description

We’re looking for a  Software Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our logistics technology product line. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate market demands into clear product requirements and drive continuous innovation.

As part of a lean, fast-growing organization targeting a high-impact niche within the logistics and delivery space, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering disruptive solutions that transform how global supply chains operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and manage the roadmap for our core logistics technology platform
• Translate market requirements and customer feedback into actionable product features
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
• Lead continuous product improvements based on performance data and user insights
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, and operations to drive end-to-end product lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to create new revenue streams through platform innovation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software product management with a strong record of launching successful technology products
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven B2B SaaS experience, especially in platform-based services
• Skilled in creating and executing product vision and roadmap
• Familiarity with project management, business analysis, and process improvement methodologies
• Working knowledge of agile development and ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Experience scaling new and emerging product lines in dynamic markets
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and/or computer engineering, computer science; MBA is a plus
