We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Showroom Manager for our Miami showroom to lead our showroom team and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the showroom’s aesthetic aligns with Fuse’s brand standards, and collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and logistics teams. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a track record of team leadership.

Primary Functions:

  • Responsible for showroom operations, ensuring that all aspects of the store experience are working seamlessly.
  • Assists in leading the team including hiring, coaching, training, scheduling, goals, expectations, and development.
  • Actively manages showroom staff including operational sales functions, and showroom reception.
  • Proactively pursues learning about industry trends, products, and local market leadership.
  • Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the marketing team to attract and engage customers.
  • Supervising showroom staff, including sales, operations coordinators, and reception personnel.
  • Ensures timekeeping requirements are met by all employees in the location.
  • Oversees and manages resources for spec book production and functionality.
  • Works with internal and external resources to coordinate all facilities maintenance for the location.
  • Work with the accounting department to oversee payment processing, returns, and proper cash/check handling.
  • Coordinates store meetings and build agenda for them ensuring that all corporate communications are effectively made within the showroom to all staff members.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or showroom management experience, ideally in luxury appliances, home design, or related industries..
  • Industry knowledge, including plumbing, appliances, hardware, outdoor, and construction is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of high-end appliances, kitchen design, or interior design trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
