Job Description

Showroom Ambassador

Our client is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join their team as a Showroom Ambassador in Asheville. As the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, you'll greet them warmly, showcase exceptional window & door products, and provide answers to any product-related inquiries. Additionally, you'll assist the sales team, who also operate from this location. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers in the showroom.
  • Display and demonstrate products in the showroom, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits.
  • Provide administrative support for sales and management.
  • Maintain the showroom space to ensure it is clean and well-organized.
  • Continuously learn about the products and services provided.
  • Engage with customers in a cheerful and enthusiastic manner.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, social, and customer focus skills.
  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong math skills and data entry skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
  • Prior experience in an in-person customer service environment.
  • Ability to present oneself in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of $40,000 - $42,000.
