The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales professional to lead our revenue efforts and build foundational sales processes. This is an equity-based role designed for someone who excels at early-stage sales, knows how to create demand and close deals, and is ready to play a key role in the growth of a category-defining company.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Identify and pursue high-value customer and partner opportunities
  • Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies
  • Build scalable sales systems, assets, and reporting workflows
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership on go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer experience

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech startups
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline, close complex deals, and build lasting relationships
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling and modern sales tools
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution orientation
  • Excited by early-stage challenges and motivated by equity upside
