Job Description: They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee complex industrial and federal projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all scope, timeline, and budget requirements. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder management, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on industrial and federal projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
