Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a focus on process improvement and automation . In this role, you will work closely with the FP&A team to streamline key reporting processes, enabling greater strategic analysis and decision-making. You will be a key player in automating and improving financial reporting and data management systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate and enhance FP&A reporting processes, including weekly executive reports, KPI reviews, and board packages.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and dashboard teams to prepare data for visualization.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align automated processes with business goals.
  • Continuously assess and improve financial reporting workflows.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and ensure thorough documentation of automated processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analytics with a focus on process automation.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with Python or R scripting experience viewed as a significant asset.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge technical details with business strategy.
  • A passion for process improvement and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or certifications (CMA, data analytics certifications).
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to adapt to new technologies like AI and automation tools.
