A Senior Estates and Probate Attorney is high-level attorney with a practice focused on Estates and Probates for at least 7+ years. The successful Senior Estates and Probates attorney is self-directed and thrives with supported autonomy. The Senior Estates and Probates Attorney generally receive a substantial portion (approximately 60%) of their work through Gravis Law's lead generation and marketing and/or other attorneys in the office. A high-level Senior Estates and Probates Attorney is expected to generate a portion (40%) of their own billable work. Attorneys have access to coaching and support services for business development and networking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Attorney is expected to meet all Quarterly Collection Requirements. Additional information about the Quarterly Collection Requirement and the Attorney Bonus Program has been provided to the Attorney for review and signature.

Duties will be performed in a standard office environment. Employees must have the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Gravis policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be required to work weekends, holidays, be on call, and some employees could be required to travel overnight on occasion.
