Tatco Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in leading a dynamic group of Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, and Project Coordinators through all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion.

As an SPM, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Your expertise will directly impact project profitability, accuracy in bidding, and effectiveness in executing buyouts and work orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor a team of PMs, APMs, and PCs, guiding them through comprehensive project planning and execution.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Execute and oversee all bids, buyouts, and work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections effectively.

• Proven experience conducting regular one-on-one meetings to foster team growth and accountability.
