Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Planner with ecommerce experience to join our team, working embedded w/ an excited technology client headquartered in Cupertino, CA.

In this role, you will manage many of the ecommerce organization's priorities, ensuring alignment

across teams, driving critical initiatives, and supporting the Director of the Shopping Experience

team in decision-making processes.

The Business Planner will work closely with senior leadership, providing operational, project management, and organizational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.

A background in project management, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts,

articulate thoughts clearly, and critically assess insights, is necessary. A strong work ethic,

effective prioritization, and independence are essential, along with a proactive and self-

disciplined approach.

Responsibilities

• Product Org-wide Communication - Serve as a primary point of contact across the the Product

Org, ensuring seamless communication.

• Leadership Meetings - Support recurring strategic and operational Product meetings to ensure

shared context, awareness, and alignment. Assemble and make the agenda available before

meeting begins. Collect and prepare content. Assemble notes and action items and ensure

actions are tracked and completed.

• Management System – Work within leadership team and with cross functional partners to

elevate and improve the Product Management System, including cadence of Leadership

meetings.

• Manage team logistics - including Space Planning, and onboarding plans.

• Reporting - Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents

• Presentation Development – Support development of key internal communications and

presentations including Town Halls/All Hands

• Special Projects - Project manage special strategic initiatives for the Product Leadership team

from inception to completion and develop business insights and recommendations

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in cross-functional environments

delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Excellent program/project management skills and experience organizing cross-functional

teams with tight timelines.

• Experience delivering project status updates to executive audiences in both written and verbal

form.

• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a constantly evolving environment

with ambiguity and short turnaround schedules.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and tracking key

business data

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
