Senior Automation & AI Developer

Location: Michigan

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Overview

We're hiring a Senior Automation & AI Developer with 10 + years of experience in full-stack Microsoft development and strong capabilities in RPA and AI integration . This hands-on role focuses on building scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and support business growth. Ideal candidates will have expertise in UiPath , Power Automate , SQL Server , C# , and AI tools like ChatGPT , along with a solid understanding of financial or loan-related workflows .

Must Haves / Mandatory

• Proven RPA delivery using UiPath and/or Power Automate, with measurable impact on efficiency and scalability
• Advanced experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, LLM APIs) into automation workflows
• Engineering in C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, full-stack development
• Engage stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions

Nice to Have / Preferred

• 5+ years of experience with SDK, API, and form-building tools within a financial, loan, or mortgage technology platform.
• Loan or financial workflows, terminology, vendor systems, and industry trends
• Understanding of legacy SDK to REST API transitions in enterprise environments
• Desiring leadership growth

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT APIs, LLMs), with a focus on reducing manual effort and enabling scalable growth
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, SQL Server, T-SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs, including deployment to Windows Server and Azure App Services
• Lead modernization efforts by transitioning legacy SDK-based systems to REST API architecture within enterprise lending platforms, contributing to long-term tech stack evolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and leadership to gather requirements, manage backlog, and ensure automation aligns with business needs
• Apply deep industry knowledge of financial, loan, or mortgage workflows and systems to build compliant, efficient solutions
