Job Description

Full time salaried opportunity for a motivated and experience Alarm/Security Operations Manager with a Minnesota PLT License (or the willingness to obtain one). This role involves coordinating technicians, inspectors, and contractors to ensure efficient project completion and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prioritize daily service schedules.
• Manage project installations and timelines.
• Oversee order processing and inventory management.
• Collaborate with contractors and external agencies.
• Provide technical support to customers and team members.
• Supervise technicians, inspectors, and the service coordinator.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and the team.
• Document and enforce company operational processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

• MN PLT License (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the alarm/low voltage industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided.
