We are looking for a Help Desk support technician eager to learn and grow in cybersecurity—a talented, tenacious individual who can help IT teams improve their cybersecurity controls and posture.

We’re actively hiring Help Desk personnel for our Security Desk to help us fulfill our mission of protecting a million people .

Experience with Windows AD, AAD, and OS support is ideal. Experience in a NOC or SOC? That’s a big plus. Tell us about it!

Your typical day will consist of:

• Helping our clients through our portal using our chat feature
• Following up with clients to make sure their issues are resolved
• Documenting how to help IT support companies manage their security
• Assisting our Security Research Team in keeping up to date with current threats
• Escalating and documenting problematic issues
• Providing product support, troubleshooting, and education
• Collaborating with our development team and improving our processes and workflows

Qualifications for Security Help Desk Technician:

• Proficient with Windows environments (5 years)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
• Interest in working in a very fast-paced environment
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues

• $45,000 base pay + $15,000 bonus potential
